Massage 4 pumps directly to the scalp once a day, preferably in the evening before bedtime. It is recommended to apply one pump at the crown, one pump at the back of the head and one pump to each side of the head. Can be applied to a towel dried scalp (after washing and conditioning hair as usual) or directly onto a dry scalp. Wash hands with soap and water immediately after use.
