WARNING: This cosmetic product contains isopropyl cloprostenate, a synthetic prostaglandin analog. For external use only. Avoid direct contact with the eye. Keep out of reach of children. If irritation or direct eye contact occurs, rinse with cool water and discontinue use. Consult your doctor if pregnant or nursing, undergoing treatment for glaucoma or cancer, or any eye-related disorder or illness. In the event of a temporary reaction, such as: eye redness and itchiness, dry eyes, watering of the eyes, blurry vision, sensitivity, styes, inflammation of eyelid and eye, darkening of skin around the eye area, lash or brow loss and/or visible enhancement of hair around or outside the eye area, stop use immediately. If reactions persist, seek medical attention. Do not use if you have ever experienced conjunctivitis, dry eyes, eye infections, styes, or irritation as a result of applying other cosmetics in the eye area.

How long does it take to see results?

Efficacy tests indicate that it takes approximately 60 days to achieve the appearance of healthier, more beautiful-looking brows.

Will I get results faster if I use neuBROW more than twice a day?

No. Additional applications are not recommended.

What if I forget to apply neuBROW one day?

Simply apply the next morning or night, but keep in mind that a consistent routine is key to faster results.

Is neuBROW safe?

Yes. It has been ophthalmologist and dermatologist tested and found to be safe and non-irritating. However, as with any cosmetic, some individuals may be allergic to one or more of the ingredients. Discontinue use and consult your physician immediately if you suspect that you may be having an allergic reaction.

Can I use neuBROW if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

neuBROW has not been tested on pregnant or breastfeeding women. Please consult your physician before using it.

Can neuBROW be used on children under the age of 18?

We do not recommend using neuBROW on children under the age of 18, as we have not conducted testing for this age group.

Can I wear makeup with neuBROW?

Yes. For best results, allow neuBROW to dry before applying makeup.

Can I use neuBROW if my eyebrows are tinted?

Yes. neuBROW is suitable to use even if you have your eyebrows tinted and will not affect the color.

Can I use neuBROW if my eyebrows are tattooed?

Yes. neuBROW is a wonderful blend of nourishing ingredients suitable for tattooed eyebrows.

Is neuBROW suitable for men?

Yes. The clear, transparent formula is designed for both women and men.

What should I do if I get neuBROW in my eyes?

Rinse the eye with plenty of water. Consult your physician if irritation from direct contact occurs and persists.

The skin around my brows tingles when I apply neuBROW. Is that normal?

For some, a mild tingling sensation may occur and should diminish with use – apply every other day if this occurs. Discontinue use and consult your physician if tingling persists or is associated with redness or irritation.

When should I stop using neuBROW?

Once desired results are achieved, continue using neuBROW every other day to maintain the healthy appearance of your brows. neuBROW will continue to condition and enhance the appearance of your brows.

How long will neuBROW last?

If used as directed, a 3.6 mL size should last approximately 3-4 months.
