As part of our commitment to customer service, neuLASH® offers a reasonable return policy for products purchased on our website. If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased through our website, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange within 180 days of placing the order.
Please be advised, prior authorization is required on all returns. To receive authorization for a return, please contact Customer Service at customerservice@neulash.com. Return acceptance is subject to compliance with this policy. Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed, at which time a refund or exchange will be made.

If returning an item(s), you must include the following in order to receive a refund or exchange:

1. All products being returned.
2. All product packaging and your purchase receipt.
3. All gifts with purchase associated with the purchase of the items being returned.

Also, to ensure your returns are received by neuLASH®, please make sure to add insurance to your parcels through your preferred mail delivery service.
